Damus Oil Company

Production Rig Operators Limited (PRO) own and operates two light rigs performing workovers on behalf of Damus Oil Limited. The rigs handle routine workovers and investigative work on approximately eighty wells. These operations are supervised by experienced trained personnel and include basic sand control and sand clean out, wax removal, pump changes, replacement of leaking tubing, milling operations on shallow wells (<4000 ft) and perforating of casing (NRT's).

Well depths range from 500 to 6000 feet. All have low reservoir pressures making production by means of artificial lift a necessity.

The availability of geological and workover date allows planning and coordination to be executed in a safe and predictable manner. Safety of operations is further assured through regular testing, inspection and maintenance of equipment viz.: pumps, Blow Out Preventers, shooting valves etc.

PRO is expanding its range of services into heavy workovers and drilling. Toward this end, the company has acquired a heavy workover / light drilling rig.
