Damus Limited owns and operates a Quality Management System (QMS) that is certified
to ISO 9001:2000 through our certification authority, the British Standards Institution (BSI Inc.).

This was a successful transition from ISO 9001:1994 which was attained on July 14, 2000.
Our conformance to the requirements of this standard is verified annually by BSI Inc.

This is important to our Quality Management Programme since it is a formal symbol of our commitment to the provision of quality products and services and ensures that we have the necessary infrastructure to improve and develop our QMS to better serve our customers.

At Damus, the focus is on customer satisfaction and our Quality Policy and objectives
emphasize the customer perspective.


We use the following approach to ensure that our standards are reviewed and maintained:

  • Periodic Management reviews
  • Systematic quality planning
  • Documentation of quality systems
  • Deployment of quality policies and quality objectives
  • Periodic internal audits
  • Maintaining a supplier evaluation programme

The Quality Management System is specifically designed to provide the customer with the confidence that the final product or service will be consistently supplied to the required specifications.
